The technician was professional and showed skills in the performance of completing the task. However, the value of my time was disregarded and nearly 12 hrs of my day was surrendered because of a lack of communication. I received a text around noon stating that the technician would be at my house between 4pm and 6pm. I was supposed to get a call 8am to 9am settling up an am appointment. The technician didn't arrive at my house until after 6pm.
