When I made the appointment the lady that helped me was really nice and helpful. But the man that came to replace my windshield was not friendly at all, kind of rude in that when he was finished he just handed me the keys and didn’t explain anything that he had done. He just said not to take tape off and not to wash my car.

Terrible experience with Windshield Guru. Was told by phone and provided a 'confirmation'' email that my windshield would be replaced today. When no one arrived by 2pm I called the local subcontractor Windshield Guru subbed the work out to. They told me that my appointment was for two days later, and since they were just a sub, and Windshield Guru had set it up, they could not send someone now. Instead I would be without a car for two more days and have to stay at home all day again. Windshield Guru charged my credit card the full price before ANY work was done, and now I will have to claw back that charge if I want to find someone who can do my windshield sooner. As it is, I have already waited a week for this windshield replacement. I will NEVER use Windshield Guru again. I will urge friends and family to avoid these kinds of third party appointment setters, who add NO value and only create less leverage for consumers when they don't get what was promised in writing because the sub's hands are tied and your card has already been charged.. My advice? Buy local, including your windshield. Ans sure as heck don't use Windshield Guru.
