First he came almost 40 mins late, took almost 2.5 hrs to ''install'' the window. There was still glass left inside the door. The sensor to the door is not working, it doesn't close or open automatically anymore. The window is making noise when we put it up or down. The molding is damaged. And he seemed eager to leave when he was done. This was absolutely the worst service I have ever had.
