I feel this is the worst service and customer service I’ve ever received! They sent email confirmed the appointment but no show!no contact! They kept saying will call After we Called many times! However they never called ! The person who answered phone was really rude and no professional manner ! Hang up the phone without giving any information useful! The conversation was end with no solution!

This is the worst service I have ever had! We had confirmation with the appointment and no one came for it! I was trying to contact the person but still nobody’s called back to explain to us! They just kept saying they will contact us for the appointment! Unfortunately, we still did not have anyone came!

There was no contact today regarding my windshield installation. This was the only day this week where there was no rain. Do I need to take my car to a site to get the install done? There has been ample opportunity to get it done, even with the rain days. Last Thursday would have been a good day, but you scheduled it for Friday and of course it rained.

I hardly think they will try to do it in the rain, as I do not have a covered work space.

Fast and complete service. Tech was very professional and completed the job in less than 45 mins.
