I took the day off of work, and was told the technician would be out to my home between noon and 2pm. The tech was supposed to call me in the morning to narrow down the timeframe. I called the technician at 2pm since he was late, and the man who answered had no clue who I was. I gave him every piece of information I could, and still he was totally confused. He said he would call back in 5 minutes, but he never did. After an hour I call the customer service line who say just call him back. No answer now and a full voicemail box. Call back the customer service line who are just playing games at this point... after 4 calls and 15 minutes on hold because “no one is available,” a woman picks up who knows who I am and what the problem is before I even give her my info. The customer service line had literally ignored me for the past 15 min and several calls! Maybe they just didn’t know what to say or how to resolve the issue, but their representatives couldn’t even help me. I have canceled the service, wasted a day off of work, and frankly I’m pretty upset. Hope this helps save someone the same frustration.
