You guys answered the phone promptly informed me that my windshield could be replaced the same day and told me when to expect to hear from the professional who was gonna do the work, he called and gave me a heads up on his running late and gave me an eta of when he would be there, his eta accurate his ability to do the job was awesome he did it fast and perfectly. Also love the fact that you guys have contracts instead of just employees it helps people who are trying to earn an honest living in hard times (competing against companies who hire cheap and buy cheap teaching employees a few things here and there) and who work not just for the money but because they have the passion in that particular field (it’s not just a 9-5 for them it’s their ‘baby’ so to speak). Thank you for that.
