Absolutely polite respectful and on time. He explained everything on how to care for it. And im absolutely overwhelmed with happiness to not have ghetto looking plastic . with the ability to see out back window. And even more not having water leak in onto my back seats. Thank you and the gentleman that came out he did an excellent job. He deserves a raise.

They don't serve certain areas of Seattle, WA, but the shop was only about 15 minutes of driving. I could have gotten in the day before, but opted to wait one day. The individual that repaired my broken car window was amazing. The cost was about $100 cheaper than the previous company that replaced the same window in early to mid 2022. Thank you for the amazing service!

Fast and affordable but I had to trim some of the seal that was cut to long and overlaps past the top seal onto my roof

As far as being the source of getting me assigned to a facility and getting a great price is great!! I hold my review regarding product and service.

We had to replace a passenger side window after our car was broken into. They scheduled us relatively quickly (2 days), came and did the repair at our home and were slightly less expensive than other local glass shops. The technician, TJ, was very knowledgeable, professional and overall did a great job. Will definitely use them again if we need to.

So Easy!! came to my home kept me updated to the arrival time... replaced my windshield no mess ! Would definitely refer and would call Glass America should I need my windshield replaces again. Thank you, Donna

Unbelievably good experience from start to finish! I highly recommend this company and I don’t make recommendations normally at all. My experience here was perfect. Within a day or two I had a brand new windshield at a very competitive price which was 40% less than another well-known competitor.
