I'm disappointed with the overall experience. I liked the quoted prices but … I made at least a half dozen calls to this company to schedule an appointment. The calls were not answered by a live person and when prompted to leave a message, the box was full and the call was disconnected. Eventually I was able to speak to a company rep. The rep I spoke with was polite, and professional. I was unable to get an early repair date so I did not use the windshield replacement service.
