Great service. Just late to the appointment.

I had initially put off replacing the broken windshield on my Audi A5 as I researched and thought it was likely to be about $1000 to replace. Ultimately, while planning a long drive from Northern CA to Southern CA I decided I had better get this taken care of before the trip. I came across the Windowshield Guru site and got a quote for a more reasonable price, and excitedly scheduled an appointment. They asked for the payment up front and I was a little leery, but being thrilled to get the replacement for less than half of what I anticipated paying , I went ahead with the payment. Typically, I do a good deal of research before making a purchase with a service provider, and later in the day It occurred to me that I hadn't so much as looked up Windowshield Guru. So I googled them only to find they only had 1 star on yelp, I was appalled reading the reviews I started to think I had made a mistake. I even went as far as contacting my credit card company with the thought of cancelling the purchase. Unfortunately I was to start my trip to soon to reschedule with another company. So I decided to risk it, and later that day received an email letting me know that I would be contacted by a glass installer for show up time. The contractor showed up on time, with the right materials and installed the glass professionally and with great care. I was very satisfied with the work and outcome. Drove car next day to Southern Ca. and Back in driving rain with no issues. Guess you can't always go on reviews.
