Brett, the installer was great. Because your call center was not interested in the VIN, Brett was issued the wrog replacement glass and I have lost another day.

Received excellent, professional assistance with obtaining authorization from the insurance carrier's claims department - while I was on the three way call! The window replacement was performed the very next day, less than 24 hrs after the phone call. All work was performed to very high standards to my satisfaction. This was a great experience.

They came in a very timely manner. Kept me posted on arrival time of technician. The tech was courtesy, knowledgeable, and completed the job in a short time. The price of the repair was cheaper than other quotes. Could not be more pleased with my expereience!

The work Provided by the company and the worker were excellent. They were both very friendly, got the job done as quickly as possible, and did what he could on the price to find the best deal for me, which included shopping around at various suppliers. Now, with that being said, the company that offered their services by providing the company names and estimates, in my opinion, was grossly negligent in providing a false estimate. They quoted $210 total. My car requires no special work or extra parts quotes at $210 versus the there charge of $295 (almost 50% higher than the quoted estimate). The owner of the repair shop said that he couldn’t even get the part for $210!!!!

The work was done in the time and price quoted in my initial call. We are very happy with the service!

I only give it a four cause when I called I was told my window would be already tinted and it was not so why any it was and it was not had to take time get done But over all satisfy the guys were on time when said they were very professional in what they did I would still use again and recommend to others thanks
