The service was great. They took a all the mess out of a messy situation. Called on a Monday and by Wednesday my rear wind shield was replaced. They came to my house and were done in an hour. The technician was a really nice guy too. I followed the directions he gave me and haven't had any problems since. Would definitely recommend.

Replacement was scheduled for Wednesday, 5/9. When I didn't receive the call 30 minutes prior to arrival, and my window of time passed, I called only to find out that the part that was ordered was defective and a new part needed to be ordered. I called the installer directly and he asked if we could reschedule for the following morning between 8 and 9am. I agreed, letting him know this is a Mother's day gift for my mom and she needed to leave by 11am to get to work. He said it would only take about 45 minutes and he would be there first thing in the morning by 9am. At 10am I called him since he hadn't arrived yet and he told me he was about 10-15 minutes away. 20 minutes later he called me and said that he was still on the freeway (the closest freeway is 25 minutes from the address). I told him he wouldn't make it on time since my mom had to leave for work at 11am - it was already 20 after 10am at that point. He ended up agreeing to do the replacement at her work in Bellevue but this was not a good experience and very poor communication overall!
