Sent the wrong piece to fix my back quarter panel driver window. When calling to set up appointment, I made sure along with the representative to make sure it was the driver side. When the repair man came he brought the wrong piece and left to come back late the same day to possibly tomorrow morning. When asked what if he can cover it until he comes back he asked if I had anything to do it. I did not and he left with the window exposed and glue on my car. Called to see where the mix up was and they claimed the warehouse sent a mislabeled package. Did not offer any discount or try and fix the situation. My car is currently covered in the glue to hold the window.

Great service!He showed up in the afternoon as they said he would and the service man was very polite & professional. He showed me the glass to insure me the tint would match, did the job completely and fast. Cleaned up after himself. I would recommend them to anyone needing glass work done! The price was right in line with the other installers.
