Waited 6 1/2 hours for the tech to show up (came after I called and left a message) Tech refused to install the car because it required removing chrome pieces so he couldn't just glue it in; he stated that he didn't have the tools and ability to safely remove the chrome surround so he called in and told the company to cancel the work order. This is pure BS, they knew the make and model of the car when I placed the order and confirmed that they had the glass in the warehouse. Go anywhere else but to these clowns.
